Himmeltau Fine Semolina Flakes - Honey, 500 g

These fine semolina flakes by Himmeltau are suitable for babies starting at age 6 months and older. It is sweetened with honey and contains no refined sugar. It is fortified with vitamin B1, an important nutrient. It can be prepared both as bottle feed and as porridge.

Preparation as bottle feed:

1. Take 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water and bring to the boil. Or, prepare 200 ml follow-on milk according to the manufacturer's instructions
2. Stir in 10 g Himmeltau Fine Semolina Flakes (around 1 heaped tablespoon) into the milk / follow-on milk. Mix well and serve in a bottle.

Preparation as porridge:

1. Take 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water and bring to the boil. Or, prepare 200 ml follow-on milk according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Stir in 20 g Himmeltau Fine Semolina Flakes (around 2 heaped tablespoons) into the milk / follow-on milk. Mix well and serve in a bowl.
