Recommended use:
- Children from 2 to 5 years old: Take 1/4 of a scoop (1, 25 ml) daily
- Children from 6 to 9 years old: Take 1/2 of a measuring spoon (2.5 ml) daily
- Children 10 years old and up, as well as adults: Take 1 measuring spoon full (5 ml) daily
- Pregnant and nursing people: Take 1/2 of a measuring spoon (2.5 ml) daily
- Preferably take with a meal.
