Description
Be Kind Prenatal can be taken during pregnancy and up to 3 months after birth. The tablets contain numerous vitamins and minerals, are free from gluten, wheat and soy and are 100% vegan. They also contain no unnecessary additives such as synthetic fillers, artificial flavours or colourings.
Recommended use:
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal. For ideal absorption and even availability of nutrients, the manufacturer recommends splitting the daily dose - one tablet in the morning and one in the evening.
Notes:
- Although the manufacturer uses fully reacted, "gentle" iron bisglycinate, each serving contains 27 mg of iron, which may cause mild stomach discomfort in sensitive individuals.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have any health conditions, consult a doctor before taking this product.
- Contains choline, which has a natural characteristic odour that may vary from batch to batch.
